Many of them fancy themselves the "true patriots" and Steve intends to disabuse them of that notion.

Let's just hope we get lucky. I've started to see 'sovereign citizen' chatter on the web with these guys, but it's not too wide-spread yet. Hopefully these guys leave their license plates on.
