You're correct though, the information comes direct from the "unbiased" source of El. They seem to be running under the assumption that Judas will be as anti-human as it was during the war. You may well be able to exploit that and direct it toward the UNA, the apparent captors. You may also be able to exploit the fact that the UNA, the arm of the governing body of the planet, is in possession of an AI when they repeatedly assure the planet that they have in fact been eradicated.
